About the role
As a Social Media Manager, you'll primarily work on-site with our clients as part of their team. Your primary focus will be maximizing our clients' social media growth potential by diving deep into market research, analyzing data, and employing creative problem-solving strategies to drive impactful results. Your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing social media campaigns across multiple platforms and collaborating closely with our clients to align strategies with their objectives. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, you'll lead the charge in enhancing our clients' social media presence, ultimately elevating their acquisition and retention rates.

A hint of what you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion

• Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms

• Create and implement processes to ensure that social media channels are optimized to generate results

• Create compelling and engaging content tailored to each platform and target audience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives

• Ability to use platforms such as Google Analytics to present the impact of social media on business goals to key stakeholders

• Monitor trends, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize performance and achieve KPIs

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the social media presence remains innovative and competitive

• Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and feedback

Who we think you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of driving results

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and analytics tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling

• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating a team

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment

• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends

• Experience working as a consultant
