About the role
As a Senior UX Designer at SPLIT Stockholm, you’ll collaborate with our in-house team and work on innovative projects with clients on-site. You will play a critical role in crafting intuitive, user-friendly products and services across multiple platforms. With a keen understanding of user behavior, design trends, and an eye for detail, you will help ensure that every touchpoint of the user experience is impactful and effective.

A hint of what you'll be doing:

• Lead UX design projects from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

• Conduct user research, testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and optimize the user journey.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs into functional designs.

• Ensure a pixel-perfect design across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance in design best practices and processes.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools using platforms like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.

Who we think you are:

• A highly creative, empathetic, and curious individual with a passion for user-centered design.

• You have an academic background in design (interaction, graphic, product, or related fields) or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of work experience in UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills in creating intuitive, beautiful designs.

• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments.

• A strong collaborator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.

• A deep understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
